Our stay was very good, appreciated incredible breakfasts.
Location: the hotel was close enough to city's tram and urban bus lines, Migros, and the Basel SBB train station. Economy double room with bathroom, storage for belongings, for example was ready when we checked-in.

The staff is very friendly.
The deluxe room was not like in the virtual tour with sitting area but after request we could have had a junior suite which we did not want because we were already installed.

perfect base for exploring basel's top attractions on foot
My stay included a comfortable room with a view of the nearby park and just a few steps from the central train station, which are both a pleasant walk away. The friendly staff also made checking in and getting around so convenient. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the well-equipped room that catered to all my needs.

I liked the configuration and comfort of this junior suite and the vieuws to outside. Also the situation was excellent.
The look and quality of entrance materials seemed a little used ( carpet on the stairs ).

The stay was fantastic, especially for easy access to the main tram station and the central location. The decor of the place added to a charming atmosphere, while the cozy bar area with live piano music was a good spot to unwind. The quick service at the front desk, allowing us to focus more on our plans in the city.
